The short list

I came across this list of foods to eat during my weekly ritual of reading everything on RealSimple.com.  I love “power food” lists in general and this one seemed particularly good. So I posted the list on my fridge in hopes that my recipes will start to magically include a lot of these healthy foods every week. Let’s see how we do…
